Holding company-wide meetings for female employees
We are actively promoting women's empowerment and have established the Women's Participation and Advancement Promotion Committee under the direct control of the president. In addition, we have been promoting women's participation and advancement since 2018. As part of these activities, we hold a company-wide meeting of female employees, and in 2024, a large number of female employees working overseas (Thailand and Cambodia) and in Japan gathered.
The first part of the meeting focused on presentations on examples of initiatives by female employees, and the participants said that it was very helpful.
The second part was a place for social gatherings, and I was able to deepen my friendship with female employees from other offices and management who usually work remotely and have no interaction. The venue had a friendly atmosphere and was very exciting.

Eruboshi Certification
Based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare certifies "Eruboshi" as an employer who has registered and meets certain requirements, such as having an excellent status related to the promotion of women's participation and advancement in the workplace. On March 13 of this year, we were certified for the requirements in "working hours," "ratio of managers," and "diverse career courses," and received the "Eruboshi 2 stars."
We believe that we were able to obtain this certification in recognition of the important roles that female employees play on a daily basis, and that their energetic work leads to an increase in the power of the company as a whole. In the future, we will aim to go beyond the Eruboshi 2-star rating and improve the work environment so that female employees can play an even more active role.
