Promote health checkups and physical examinations.
The company properly conducts periodic health checkups, including at the time of hiring and for employees engaged in specified work, in accordance with laws and regulations. In addition, employees over 40 years of age are eligible for a physical examination as part of their periodic health checkup, and the company subsidizes a portion of the standard physical examination costs.
We ask each business office to encourage employees to undergo health checkups. Presently, 100% of our employees undergo health checkups. The results of the medical checkups are discussed with industrial physicians and follow-up measures are properly implemented.
Proper Implementation of Stress Checks
Stress checks are conducted by our in-house industrial health staff and are led by industrial physicians. These checks are conducted at all workplaces, including those with less than 50 employees. In addition to the provision of guidance by industrial physicians to those who request it, we have established consultation services such as an external EAP*.

This program is designed to increase employee job satisfaction and create a vibrant workplace by providing counseling and other kinds of support to employees experiencing problems related to the workplace or their personal lives.
Mental Health Initiatives
In order to maintain and promote the mental health of our employees, we provide counseling by industrial physicians to employees who are experiencing stress related to their work or work environment. We have also established an external mental health care consultation service that can be accessed by e-mail or telephone.
Addressing Women's Health Issues
The company subsidizes a portion of the cost of gynecological examinations for our female employees, with the aim of enabling the early detection of illnesses specific to women.

Efforts to Prevent Infectious Diseases
Prevention of COVID-19 Infection
To prevent our employees from contracting COVID-19, masks are distributed to them. Additionally, automatic body temperature monitors, disinfectant solutions, and splash prevention partitions have been installed at business sites. To prevent infection at home, we distribute antigen test kits to our employees and their family members. We are also working to reduce the risk of infection during commuting through flexible work styles, such as telecommuting, flextime, and staggered work hours.
Preventing the Spread of Influenza
We are proactively taking measures to prevent the suspension of business activities due to the spread of influenza among employees. The company subsidizes a portion of the cost of influenza vaccinations. We are also working to provide inoculations at work sites with a high number of employees.
Conducting AED First Aid Training
With the cooperation of the local fire department, we regularly hold AED first-aid training sessions by paramedics at our business sites and encourage our employees to attend them.
Employees are provided with lectures and practical instruction on CPR, AED (automated external defibrillator) use, hemostasis, and other techniques. Many employees participate in the program, which seeks to promote a safe work environment and contributes to the local community by training employees with lifesaving knowledge and skills.
In addition, AEDs are installed at the head office and business sites to provide lifesaving treatment to anyone (even non-employees) in need of CPR in the vicinity of the company.
