We have also obtained deployment processing permits as an industrial waste treatment facility at our Yokohama (Kanazawa) Recycling Plant, Tochigi Recycling Plant, Kyushu Recycling Plant, and Akita Sales Office to ensure that airbags are treated properly as industrial waste.

Industrial waste must be disposed of properly by the emitter. According to the Waste Disposal and Public Cleansing Law, it is waste generator's responsibility to properly dispose of the waste generated in the course of its business activities. If waste disposal is outsourced and the company entrusted with this task performs it improperly, the consignor may also be fined or held responsible or for restoring the waste to its original state.
